1. Eligibility

Users must be at least 12 years old to create a profile on Wish2Share.com. Users under 18 years old must have parental supervision to use the website.

2. User Accounts

Users must create a profile to log in, create wishlists and organize events.

There are no costs associated with creating a profile or using the event and wishlist features.

3. User Content

Users may upload profile pictures, provided that the content is not sexually explicit, discriminatory or hateful in any way.

You keep ownership of the content you upload (such as profile pictures, wishlists and items). You grant Leliflow a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and share that content as needed to operate Wish2Share, only with the people and in the places you choose. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared or that must be kept by law.

4. Wishlists and Events

Users can choose to make their wishlists private or public. Private wishlists are only accessible through links shared by the user. Public wishlists and profiles can be found using the search function on the website.

Wishlist items may be purchased from affiliate stores. Leliflow receives a percentage of sales generated through these affiliate links.

5. No Liability

Leliflow is not responsible for issues related to the purchase, return or delivery of items purchased from affiliate stores. We only advertise these items on the website.

Leliflow is not responsible for disputes between users. We cannot intervene in or resolve these disputes.

6. Account Suspension

If any violations of these terms are identified, the user account may be suspended immediately without prior notice.

7. Privacy

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with processors that run Wish2Share on our behalf (such as hosting, database and email) and when the law requires it. When you click a shop link, the affiliate network or the shop itself may process data about that click. Full details and the list of processors are in our privacy policy. Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The website, the Wish2Share brand, its design and software belong to Leliflow. You may not copy or distribute them without permission. User content remains the property of the user (see section 3).

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Leliflow's registered office, without prejudice to the mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence. You can always contact us first; we are happy to look for a solution together.

9. Contact

Users can contact the site administrator through the dedicated contact form available on the website for questions, suggestions or issues.

By using Wish2Share.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Such changes become effective immediately once published on the website. Continued use of the website after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
